BASES:

1. Participation documentaries made in countries of Spain, Portugal and Latin America to comply with the bases set forth in this call.

2. The registration fee is free. Registration must be lodged by completing the form is on the website www.festivalmemoria.com all properly filled spaces.

La fecha límite de admisión de los trabajos será el sábado 24 de enero del 2009. No habrá extensión en la fecha de recepción de las obras.Se tomará en cuenta la fecha del matasellos del correo.


4. La producción de los trabajos deberá ser posterior al 1º de enero del 2008. Los documentales deben tener un mínimo de 30 minutos. No reports or papers will be accepted advertising.

Identity

Individuals, groups and communities who seek or assert their identities.

Arts

Biographies of artists and artistic processes.

Ecology

The environment and those who protect and advocate.

6. Contestants must submit 2 copies on DVD and 2 CDs with the following files: 3 frames (stills) of the documentary in jpg format size 480 to 720 x 300dpi, curriculum summary and application form in Word format (. Doc .) These last two should come in print. It is critical that the copies are well packaged and in a box or suitable for them, to avoid damaging the material. Shall be marked by specifying the category to which they are registered, the name of the documentary, director and email. May not participate in this competition who are part of some of the commissions of the festival, nor those who are responsible for the organizing committee.

7. The Festival of Remembrance will give a piece of sculpture with the figure of Zapata to the winning documentaries on each of the categories and the Audience Award. Will be announced on page web awards as they join and are confirmed.

8. All the works submitted will form part of the file of the video documentary of the FESTIVAL OF MEMORY, that in no case be used for commercial purposes or financial gain from coordination. If documentaries are part of the proposal will require TOURING express permission of the copyright owner.

9. The filmmakers whose works have been selected will be notified via email. The results were published in February 2009 at the site www.festivalmemoria.com.mx All materials received and selected will become part of the video of the Festival of Remembrance.
